A Message From Pastor Bart

(We are currently in the process of refreshing the website and our social media platforms. Not all information on this website may be up to date)

As the new pastor of The Well Church, I welcome you to come and visit! We are a church family of all ages and walks of life. We love life and love people in real and practical ways.

We are committed to offering a safe and welcoming place for everybody. We know that not everyone agree with our spiritual and world view, but there is room for love and a warm welcome for all.

Pastor Bart de Krijger

Our christian church is in the Wesleyan style, which is a Protestant church in the evangelical, holiness tradition. We believe that when we accept the amazing love that God has for us, that our lives will be changed and become like new and holy in character and conduct in Jesus Christ. And we can live our lives this way by being filled, led and inspired by Holy Spirit.

Christians in the Wesleyan tradition believe in one God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and the Saviour of all who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life. We believe in the Bible as the Word of God and turn to it to find a solid foundation for our faith and direction for our daily lives. We believe God desires for people everywhere to know Him and be made new in Christ.

We believe that the purpose of the Church is to worship God and to reach a broken world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through its worship, witness, and loving deeds.

Missions Support

Jesus said, “Go into all the world, and make disciples”. We can’t all pick up and move around the world, but we can all be involved in the spreading of the gospel around the world. Long term missionaries on the frontiers around the world need our help to make their mission successful as they obey the call.  We support six missionaries across the world.

We also support local community ministries including Youth For Christ, the Spiritual Care Program at our community hospital and a Girls Home in Belleville, Ontario.

Help Support Our Missionaries

We’re supporting mission both at home and around the globe. Please consider supporting some of our adopted missionaries through finances and prayer, or getting involved in our short-term missions projects.
